Bummer Doctor Appointment + Crappy Weather + Late Nights = NO RUNNING this week
But it hasn’t all been for naught. Brent has been tackling a huge spare bedroom/office project (drywall, paint, trim x 3, new bookshelf and desk) and our living room has been out of commission due to all the contents of the room under redo being stored there. He has been working until 10ish and we’ve been going to bed too late for a 4:50 am gym wake up call.
We got a nasty winter storm on Tuesday and Wednesday that dropped 8 inches of snow with lots of wind and cold. This morning it is sunny but a chilly -1 out!
So I’ve turned to my few found love ExerciseTV! I’ve done various workouts including yoga, kick boxing, pilates, abs and dance! I really like cranking out these workouts whenever I feel like it and being able to try a new workout if I’m not feeling the one I’m doing.
Tomorrow I plan to test drive my shin and see how it feels. The pain has gone down over the week.
